　　作為一個幾乎不產石材http://www.stonebuy.com/的地方，南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/人憑借敏銳的商業嗅覺，從零起步，用30余年締造了一個龐大的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業集群，成為世界石材http://www.stonebuy.com/業版圖上一個不容忽視的存在。

　　當前，面對復雜的國內外經濟形勢，南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業呈現出何種狀態？近日，本報記者赴南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/調研采訪，發現南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/業已踏上轉型新征程，煥發出發展新氣象，行業整體呈現出綠色、創新、延鏈、集群等發展新變化。

　　全行業“綠”化

　　原材料和市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html兩頭在外，南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/發展石材http://www.stonebuy.com/業主要在制造和加工環節。由于石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工制造過程中會產生石粉和碎石等，在很長一段時間里，以水頭http://www.shicai.com.cn/鎮為中心的南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/業成為當地的污染大戶。

　　由于循環經濟技術的普及和落地，如今南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/當地的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/業已實現回收再利用，綠色發展。

　　推廣循環經濟新技術，首先是從源頭上減少石粉的產生。

　　位于水頭http://www.shicai.com.cn/鎮的磊揚石材http://www.stonebuy.com/公司，是一家傳統石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工制造企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/。去年4月以來，公司使用一種新型的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/生產加工技術——線鋸新技術。記者在生產車間看到，一臺線鋸機械http://www.stonebuy.com/machine/對一塊巨石荒料進行現場切割，不僅噪聲小，而且產生的石粉少，加工用水流出后仍相當干凈。

　　“與傳統切割技術相比，線鋸技術石材http://www.stonebuy.com/方料成材率可提升15％，石粉排放可減少80％。”公司相關負責人曾惠騰告訴記者。2018年開始，磊揚公司聯合多家石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/在廈門成立品河科技公司，專攻線鋸新技術，品河技術人員觀察硅片切割靈感時發現，硅片硬度與大理石、玄武巖等差不多，卻可以用線鋸切得很薄，切縫很細，浪費很少。“為何不能借鑒硅片切法？”他們從中發現靈感，嘗試用線鋸切割大理石等板材，一舉成功。

　　為加快新技術推廣，今年6月初，南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/市研究通過《南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/市推廣運用石材http://www.stonebuy.com/線鋸促進石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/增產增效的若干措施》，最大限度減少石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行業石粉排放。

　　當地的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/下游企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/也加快推進石粉的再利用。

　　位于官橋鎮的南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/盈晟新型墻體材料公司，是一家處理石粉、邊角料、礦山廢棄料的環保型企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/。進入公司廠區原料堆放倉庫，記者看到從石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/運來的石粉堆砌成一座巨大的山丘，挖掘機不時將其鏟入攪拌器中，按一定比例混合煤矸石粉和泥土，制作成空心磚原件，燒制后形成一塊塊硬實的空心磚，供給泉州http://www.zongyi.com.cn/各大建筑企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/。

　　公司負責人吳忠賢年輕時在南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/當兵期間，看到官橋、水頭http://www.shicai.com.cn/等石材http://www.stonebuy.com/聚集區，到處石塵彌漫、污染嚴重，心里覺得很不是滋味，希望有一天能為改變這現象出一份力。轉業到政府部門上班后，他的這一初心仍然不變，6年前辭去公職，和朋友合作創立盈晟公司。“公司從事循環經濟產業，讓石粉等變廢為寶，得到政府大力支持。現在，平均每天可制作40萬塊空心磚，一年可消化20萬噸石粉。”

　　記者從南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/工信局獲悉，南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/全行業石材http://www.stonebuy.com/出材率已由5年前的77％提升到目前的87％；石粉的排放已由20年前的600萬噸減少到目前的300萬噸，并且全部實現回收再利用。

　　創意化發展

　　與一般的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/不同，五克拉公司成立之初就瞄準新技術和創意。2015年，長期在長三角一帶經營石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工產業的許長城回到故鄉南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/發展，調研后發現南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/傳統的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html競爭已十分充分，貿然進入的話風險不小。

　　“必須獨辟蹊徑，尋求新的發展模式。”于是，他注冊成立了五克拉公司，果斷進入當時還處于起步階段的創意型石材http://www.stonebuy.com/領域。

　　2016年，在赴創意之都意大利米蘭考察后，許長城組建了研發和創意團隊，進入當時國內還處于空白階段的超薄型石材http://www.stonebuy.com/領域。很快，多款超薄型石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/問世，引得市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html一片驚呼。特別是五克拉公司推出的0．5毫米的超輕薄石板，引領行業之先。

　　由于在超薄型石材http://www.stonebuy.com/領域的獨特優勢，五克拉公司贏得美國蘋果公司的青睞，表示用石材http://www.stonebuy.com/作手機外殼的意向。許長城直言此事十分不易。彼時是五克拉公司初創期，蘋果公司對其技術和產品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/不盡滿意。他暗下決心，一定要拿下蘋果訂單。于是，他一方面組織研發人員連續奮戰，用新工藝將手機殼不斷削薄，最終研發出行業內最薄的0．5毫米石板；另一方面，多次帶著樣品飛往香港，與蘋果公司亞太區技術總監反復溝通交流，最終拿下訂單。2016年11月以來，公司已交付超百萬個蘋果手機外殼。

　　“新石器”時代

　　記者走進萬福石材http://www.stonebuy.com/機械http://www.stonebuy.com/machine/公司生產車間，看到礦山鋸、切割機、打磨機等20多個大品、180多個細分品類的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/機械http://www.stonebuy.com/machine/設備琳瑯滿目，來自全國各地的貨車排隊等候裝車發貨。“今年以來，我們多條生產線保持較高負荷運行。就公司的訂單情況來看，南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/本地、省內、國內、出口http://en.stonebuy.com/等市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html均取得了較好增長態勢。”萬福石材http://www.stonebuy.com/機械http://www.stonebuy.com/machine/公司董事長李群生說。

　　為推動產業整合，加快發展總部經濟，南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/市應勢出臺《關于打造國際石材http://www.stonebuy.com/之都的若干意見（試行）》《南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/市石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業轉型升級工作方案》等多份文件，厘出三條較為清晰的發展思路：一是立足南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/，優化整合已有資源，借鑒先進地區的集約用地經驗及行業抱團合力，發展總部經濟；二是實施“走出去”戰略，把石材http://www.stonebuy.com/園區輻射全國，打造石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業發展新格局；三是打造石材http://www.stonebuy.com/大品牌，進一步打響區域品牌。希望借此推動南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業的突破式發展，打造國際石材http://www.stonebuy.com/之都，形成“大集團、大產業、大品牌、大聯盟、大商貿”的產業發展新格局。
