10月31日上午，記者從省政府新聞辦召開的新聞發布會上獲悉，由福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/省人民政府主辦，福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/省經濟貿易http://www.stonebuy.com/trade/委員會、泉州http://www.zongyi.com.cn/市人民政府、南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/市人民政府共同承辦的“第十二屆中國http://www.stonebuy.com（南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/）水頭http://www.shicai.com.cn/國際石材http://www.stonebuy.com/博覽會”（以下簡稱“石博會”），將于11月8日至11日在泉州http://www.zongyi.com.cn/南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/市“中國http://www.stonebuy.com水頭http://www.shicai.com.cn/國際石材http://www.stonebuy.com/展覽中心”舉行。
　　本屆“石博會”將以“低碳、創新、品牌”為主題，活動內容除盛大開幕式外，還將舉辦世界石材http://www.stonebuy.com/發展峰會，“凌云·玉之巔”產品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/發布會，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工標準工藝與管理研討會，碎石、石粉綜合利用成果展示等。今年“石博會”將設6個展區，分別為展覽中心核心展區、閩南建材第一市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html展區閩南第一荒料市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html展區、中閩石材http://www.stonebuy.com/商城展區、高時保稅物流中心展區、石材http://www.stonebuy.com/精品展示中心展區和鵬翔品牌館及循環經濟成果館，展位6896個，比去年多了343個，展示面積達356446㎡。
　　記者了解到，多年來，為解決石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業快速發展帶來的環保問題,南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/市在優化、提升石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業過程中，積極實施經濟增長與環境保護雙贏的發展戰略，努力探索碎石、石粉綜合利用衍生石材http://www.stonebuy.com/業低碳經濟的發展模式，成為全國最大的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/循環經濟綠色產業基地。
　　在扶持政策上，南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/制定出臺了《關于促進石粉碎石綜合利用的若干意見》，決定由市財政每年安排100萬元建立石粉、碎石綜合利用發展專項基金，用于扶持石粉、碎石綜合利用企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，以促進該市石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業可持續發展，推動石材http://www.stonebuy.com/低碳經濟形成。
　　在技術革新上，南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/市積極加大“科技聯姻”力度，致力于石粉、碎石綜合利用技術的研發，與同濟大學共同組建建筑材料技術開發中心，組織技術攻關，變廢為寶。石粉制成的天然石漆和輕質硅酸鹽混凝土砌塊等兩項新型環保產品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/已在該市一些企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/批量生產，年可消化石粉40多萬噸。此外，石粉灌漿材料、石粉陶粒、石粉硅鈣板、拒水粉等被收進項目庫的石粉產品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/已達上百項。
　　在行業引導上，南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/市進一步放寬市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html準入，鼓勵行業投資石粉碎石綜合利用。工商部門對石粉、碎石加工企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/（不含礦山開采）申辦營業執照，手續完整的當天辦結；國土部門對綜合利用企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/優先供應土地，按照政策免收地段差價，并對企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/周邊的基礎設施建設給予一定的補助；企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/開展石粉、碎石綜合利用，排污費采用先征后補政策給予扶持；交通和公路稽征部門減免示范企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/自有的石粉及石粉制品專用運輸車輛規費，按實際車輛減征50%；對列入省級循環經濟示范企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/（項目）的綜合利用企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/（項目），南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/市一次性給予資金獎勵。同時，南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/市還在科技信息、項目申報、供電供水、稅收優惠等各方面給予大力扶持。
