　　據(jù)了解，為提高擔保機構抗風險能力，我市陸續(xù)出臺政策，為泉州http://www.zongyi.com.cn/市融資性擔保體系生根發(fā)芽提供了肥沃土壤，比如鼓勵行業(yè)龍頭企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/牽頭組建擔保機構，大力支持依托工業(yè)園區(qū)、行業(yè)協(xié)會、商會組建擔保機構等。而在促進擔保行業(yè)發(fā)展中，政府也采取多種措施，如在提高擔保機構抗風險能力方面的措施包括：風險補償、免征營業(yè)稅、稅前提取風險準備金等，符合條件的信用擔保機構，還能享受國家三年免征營業(yè)稅優(yōu)惠，期滿后還可繼續(xù)申請。
　　筆者從活動現(xiàn)場中獲悉，我市市經(jīng)委和泉州http://www.zongyi.com.cn/銀監(jiān)分局還成立泉州http://www.zongyi.com.cn/融資性擔保業(yè)務監(jiān)管聯(lián)席會，對融資性擔保機構的監(jiān)管及扶持政策正在醞釀中。
