　　“南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/對外貿易http://www.stonebuy.com/trade/雖然也受到了金融危機的沖擊，在今年年初出現了一些負增長，但總體而言，今年1~9月份還是同比增長了7%。保守估計，今年全年南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/交易量將增長5%以上。”南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/市副市長李天居介紹說。

　　企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/“走出去”有利于促進自身利益的提高，基于此，南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/近年來加快了企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/“走出去”的步伐。

　　據李天居介紹，“南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/現有20多家石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/在海外投資辦廠。今年就有5家企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/在迪拜辦廠。”

　　目前，南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/60%的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/靠進口，為了不讓石材http://www.stonebuy.com/原料價格受制于人，李天居透露，“南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/市鼓勵石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/跟國外合作開發礦山或獨資開發國外礦山。”

　　“不過，到國外投資辦廠也會遇到很多難題。”李天居坦言企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/“走出去”的路并非一帆風順。

　　考慮到中國http://www.stonebuy.com人在國外投資頻繁遇到的法律、政策壁壘，李天居呼吁，在對外投資方面，我國政府部門要多幫助企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/出面與國外相關部門交涉。

　　“上半年，南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/組織了55家企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/到中東舉辦展銷會，使中國http://www.stonebuy.com石企在該地區的銷量猛增35%。在出口http://en.stonebuy.com/歐美市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html相對疲軟的情況下，中東市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html很好地彌補了這一損失。下半年，我們還準備到巴西、中國http://www.stonebuy.com臺灣地區舉辦石材http://www.stonebuy.com/展。”李天居說，企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/“走出去”跟國外經銷商面對面很有必要。

　　上半年帶隊到卡塔爾展銷的經歷使李天居深深感覺到，南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/跟世界其他地方的交流還是太少。他說，以往南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/出口http://en.stonebuy.com/大多是通過貿易http://www.stonebuy.com/trade/商中轉，企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/和終端代理商之間并不了解，有著一層很深的隔閡。通過到出口http://en.stonebuy.com/國辦展銷會，南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/已經成功出口http://en.stonebuy.com/到了包括俄羅斯、巴西及中東在內的30多個國家和地區。2008年，南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/全年石材http://www.stonebuy.com/進口總量395萬噸，占全國進口總量60%；出口http://en.stonebuy.com/總量635萬噸，占全國出口http://en.stonebuy.com/總量的55%。

　　李天居稱，“目前，我市共有135家石粉碎石綜合利用企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，其中規模以上企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/41家，擁有5個省級石材http://www.stonebuy.com/循環經濟試點園區和企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，年可利用石粉100萬噸，碎石110萬噸，石粉和碎石綜合利用率分別達65%和90%。”為了減少石粉污染，變廢為寶，南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/市已有企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/利用石粉生產出了石粉磚，“這種磚不僅重量輕，而且隔熱效果好。由于受民眾傳統使用習慣的影響，加上對黏土磚打擊力度不夠，石粉磚也遭遇推廣難問題。”
