      周克繼在報告中對今年石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)運行情況進(jìn)行了分析。他介紹，今年以來，全省石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產(chǎn)業(yè)總體保持繼續(xù)增長的態(tài)勢，但增速趨緩。全省規(guī)模以上企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/前10個月累計完成主營業(yè)務(wù)收入320.18億元，比去年周期增長28.08%，增速同比降低3個百分點；完成工業(yè)增加值78.03億元，比去年同期增長14.27%，增速同比降低5個百分點；大理石板材完成159.09萬平方米，比去年同期增長23.22%；花崗石板材完成5973.08萬平方米，比去年同期增長5.21%，同比增速降低6個百分點。全省石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工業(yè)規(guī)模以上企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/累計完成利稅總額36.34億元，比去年同期增長24.5%，增速同比降低4個百分點。

      面對新的形勢，周克繼提出，企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/要思路創(chuàng)新、觀念創(chuàng)新，要以品牌創(chuàng)新為導(dǎo)向，以技術(shù)創(chuàng)新為支持，以營銷創(chuàng)新為突破口，以文化創(chuàng)新為基礎(chǔ)，通過走勢謀勢取得市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html主動權(quán)，實現(xiàn)山東省石材http://www.stonebuy.com/業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型。

      會上，鄒傳勝會長針對當(dāng)前金融危機(jī)帶來的影響，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/如何過冬提出了三點要求：

      一、市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整要實施多元化戰(zhàn)略

      鄒傳勝在發(fā)言中說，當(dāng)前石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行業(yè)必須特別注意研究國內(nèi)外石材http://www.stonebuy.com/市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html的變化，正確外理好國際各區(qū)域市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html之間，國內(nèi)各區(qū)域市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html之間和投資與消費市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html之間的關(guān)系。不僅要繼續(xù)關(guān)注日、英、韓、歐盟等傳統(tǒng)市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html需求，同時，要大力開拓新興市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html國家的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html。我們在關(guān)注國際市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html的同時，更要關(guān)注國內(nèi)石材http://www.stonebuy.com/市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html。石材http://www.stonebuy.com/業(yè)的市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html要從主要面向工程和出口http://en.stonebuy.com/轉(zhuǎn)向內(nèi)需，轉(zhuǎn)向家居工程和家居消費，多開發(fā)適應(yīng)保障性住房，農(nóng)村住房所需要的產(chǎn)品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/。鄒傳勝還說，我國新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html很大，保守地說我國有1億個農(nóng)村家庭需要石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產(chǎn)品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/，若是每家使用1平方米，就需要1億平方米，因而我們的企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/要進(jìn)一步拓展市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html，實施多元化的戰(zhàn)略。

      二、產(chǎn)品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整，要實施標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化戰(zhàn)略

      鄒傳勝說，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/業(yè)產(chǎn)品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整，就是要著力開發(fā)適應(yīng)民生工程需要的產(chǎn)品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/。例如國家保障性住房經(jīng)濟(jì)適用房、社區(qū)醫(yī)療體系建設(shè)、學(xué)校等基礎(chǔ)工程所需要的適銷對路的產(chǎn)品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/。同時我們生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/要規(guī)格化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化。目前我們的產(chǎn)品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/標(biāo)準(zhǔn)還不夠完善，不適應(yīng)石材http://www.stonebuy.com/業(yè)的發(fā)展。我們要盡快制定出統(tǒng)一的行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，以行業(yè)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化推動推動石材http://www.stonebuy.com/業(yè)扶優(yōu)扶強(qiáng)，淘汰落后，實現(xiàn)石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產(chǎn)品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、規(guī)格化生產(chǎn)。

      三、技術(shù)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整要實施現(xiàn)代化戰(zhàn)略

      鄒傳勝提出，我國石材http://www.stonebuy.com/業(yè)一家要以科學(xué)發(fā)展觀為指導(dǎo)，堅定現(xiàn)代化石材http://www.stonebuy.com/業(yè)的方向，扶優(yōu)扶強(qiáng)，淘汰落后。他強(qiáng)調(diào)，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/必須拋棄傳統(tǒng)落后的企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/經(jīng)營觀念，擴(kuò)大視野，樹立建設(shè)現(xiàn)代石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產(chǎn)業(yè)的觀念，明確現(xiàn)代石材http://www.stonebuy.com/業(yè)的目標(biāo)，礦山開采淘汰火工爆破，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工淘汰小拉鋸。石材http://www.stonebuy.com/礦山應(yīng)以臺階式開發(fā)，機(jī)械http://www.stonebuy.com/machine/鋸切為主，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工以現(xiàn)代化的鋸、磨、切、拋機(jī)械http://www.stonebuy.com/machine/組成的工藝線為主，建設(shè)資源節(jié)約、環(huán)境友好的石質(zhì)材料與石制品加工制品業(yè)，促進(jìn)石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行業(yè)實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
