關于聯合開展2008年度浙江石材強強企業評選的通知

　　一、評選條件：

　　1、企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/在一切生產經營活動中嚴格執行國家的向相關法規、條例、國家或行業標準，產品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/質量、企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/活動誠信可靠。

　　2、企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/有一定規模，生產設備齊全、企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/管理規范、技術力量雄厚、產品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html營銷效率高，并具有一定的知名度。

　　3、企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/在2008年產量、質量、產值、稅收、安全生產等能達到下表要求：（會員企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/按照評選條件自行選擇參評類別，唯一個企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/最多只能申報兩個。）

　　4、企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/曾多次受到當地或省、市縣主管部門表彰，榮獲先進、AAA級企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/、誠信企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/、先進企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/、納稅大戶、質量信得過等獎勵稱號，產品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/及工程質量無投訴，工程無事故的。

　　5、企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/在制度創新、產品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/創新上有自己的特色，在省內有一定的影響力及知名度。

　　二、評選程序：

　　1、由企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/向商會、協會提出申請，按所發的表格規定內容如實填報，并征得當地主管（稅務或工商部門）認可后，于10月10日前郵回或傳真商會、協會辦公室（地址：杭州天目山路18號南三號樓四樓，電話：0571-88807537 88080324，傳真：88080324 郵編：310007）

　　由評選單位組織相關人員赴企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/進行實地（或通訊）方式進行一定程序的考察、咨詢，核對相關情況。

　　由評選組對企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/申報材料，經現場（或通訊）核查情況進行審議、篩選，提出分類評選企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/名單。

　　協會秘書處對評選企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/進行匯總，交評選單位會長辦公會議審定核準、公告。

　　相關費用：評選不收費用，唯需收取公告、媒體宣傳費等合計人民幣3000元。
