　　近年來，南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/大力實施經濟增長與環境保護雙贏的發展戰略，努力尋求破解妙方，先后推出一系列發展石材http://www.stonebuy.com/循環經濟的有效措施。為加快石粉、碎石綜合利用技術的研發，南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/市財政每年撥款100萬元，建立石粉、碎石綜合利用發展專項基金，用于扶持石粉、碎石綜合利用企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/；并推行“科技聯姻”，與同濟大學共同組建建筑材料技術開發中心，深入開展技術攻關，成功實現變廢為寶。該市還大力引導石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/向工業集中區聚集，并加大執法巡查力度，對達不到環保要求的企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/堅決采取停電停產措施。與此同時，該市積極引導石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/向規模化、品牌化發展，提高準入標準，將新建石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/最低總投資提高到3000萬元。
