      中國http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/礦山建設(shè)遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)落后于國內(nèi)石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工業(yè)，更落后于世界石材http://www.stonebuy.com/發(fā)達(dá)國家的礦山建設(shè)，中國http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/礦山如何提高成荒率，盡可能地物盡所用，如何具體地在石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行業(yè)上落實科學(xué)發(fā)展觀與轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)增長方式。2005年11月12日，匯集著政府監(jiān)管部門領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、中國http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/界礦山資深專家、學(xué)者、企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/家的中國http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/礦山工作會議在北京首都體育館賓館召開。中國http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工業(yè)協(xié)會秘書長齊建華主持了當(dāng)天的會議。

      會議首先由國土資源部資源開發(fā)司副司長王宗亞講話，他著重從國務(wù)院《關(guān)于全面整頓和規(guī)范礦產(chǎn)資源開發(fā)秩序的通知》的出臺背景；通知的主要內(nèi)容；國土資源部落實通知要做的主要工作；對石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行業(yè)的幾點要求等幾個方面進(jìn)行了闡述，鼓勵中國http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工業(yè)協(xié)會應(yīng)在石材http://www.stonebuy.com/礦產(chǎn)整頓中發(fā)揮重要的作用（發(fā)言摘要見另文）。

      隨后，中國http://www.stonebuy.com建材工業(yè)協(xié)會副會長、中國http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工業(yè)協(xié)會會長鄒傳勝就我國石材http://www.stonebuy.com/礦山的現(xiàn)狀，開采與加工關(guān)系和矛盾，資源的可持續(xù)利用以及如何落實國務(wù)院整頓礦產(chǎn)資源秩序等發(fā)了言（發(fā)言摘要見另文）。

      林玉華主任還向與會代表介紹介紹了石材http://www.stonebuy.com/資源專業(yè)委員會及專家委員會的組成方案及工作細(xì)則；

      中國http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工業(yè)協(xié)會副秘書長譚金華宣讀了2004年中國http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工業(yè)協(xié)會石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工會員企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/20強(qiáng)名單和首屆“華表杯”獲獎單位名單；

      會上向獲得中國http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工業(yè)協(xié)會石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工會員20強(qiáng)企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，首屆“華表杯”獲獎單位發(fā)放了獎杯和證書；

      代表們討論了《石材http://www.stonebuy.com/露天礦山技術(shù)規(guī)程》（討論稿）和石材http://www.stonebuy.com/資源專業(yè)委員會及專家委員會的組成方案及工作細(xì)則；

      山東冠魯建材集團(tuán)、福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/玄武石材http://www.stonebuy.com/公司等單位進(jìn)行了石材http://www.stonebuy.com/礦山開采與管理經(jīng)驗的交流；

      通過了中國http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工業(yè)協(xié)會石材http://www.stonebuy.com/礦山資源專業(yè)委員會和專家委員會名單，中非地質(zhì)勘察院院長田震遠(yuǎn)當(dāng)選石材http://www.stonebuy.com/礦山資源專業(yè)委員會主任。并代表新機(jī)構(gòu)講話，中非地質(zhì)勘察院總工程師章少華當(dāng)選石材http://www.stonebuy.com/礦山委員會專家組組長；

      各省、市石材http://www.stonebuy.com/協(xié)會還交流了各地石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行業(yè)工作，并就明年的工作進(jìn)行了討論。代表們普遍反應(yīng)，會議開得高效、務(wù)實、認(rèn)真、緊湊，是歷年來少有的會議。

      會議結(jié)束時中國http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工業(yè)協(xié)會秘書長劉建華，中國http://www.stonebuy.com建材工業(yè)協(xié)會副會長、中國http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工業(yè)協(xié)會會長鄒傳勝作了總結(jié)性發(fā)言。
