4月底，泉州http://www.zongyi.com.cn/市總商會舉辦了一場中國http://www.stonebuy.com商品（迪拜）分撥中心的介紹說明會。在這場說明會上，泉州http://www.zongyi.com.cn/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/了解到，這個分撥中心對入駐經營的中國http://www.stonebuy.com企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/將提供種種優(yōu)惠政策，并可通過迪拜這個平臺進軍整個中東市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html。這個分撥中心是由中國http://www.stonebuy.com和阿聯(lián)酋兩地政府共同合作的，由中智公司負責在中國http://www.stonebuy.com境內外的招商說明。會后，有15家泉州http://www.zongyi.com.cn/的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/表示，他們愿意組團到迪拜進行實地考察，這些企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/包括了石雕、石材http://www.stonebuy.com/、加工機械http://www.stonebuy.com/machine/等等。

　　在泉州http://www.zongyi.com.cn/主招石材http://www.stonebuy.com/業(yè)

　　福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/省招商工作的負責人李寧告訴記者，其實整個福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/省的招商從去年11月初就已經開始了，目前已接近尾聲。雖然整個分撥公司有3900多個商位，但福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/省的招商額只有300個，像服裝、鞋等小商品業(yè)，因為商鋪有限，招商名額基本已滿，因此這次到泉州http://www.zongyi.com.cn/來招商，主要針對的行業(yè)是建材、石材http://www.stonebuy.com/、食品及玩具。

　　另外，由于泉州http://www.zongyi.com.cn/玩具業(yè)在中東市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html的生意一般是通過中間代理商，并且限制企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/尋找第二代理，所以在泉州http://www.zongyi.com.cn/的招商工作主要集中在石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行業(yè)。他認為，重建中的伊拉克的建筑業(yè)肯定會興盛，這正是泉州http://www.zongyi.com.cn/石業(yè)開拓中東市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html的好機會。

　　他介紹，中東地區(qū)除了石油，本地的制造業(yè)很缺乏，因為缺少資源也沒有工藝技術，因此質優(yōu)價廉的中國http://www.stonebuy.com商品在那里很受歡迎。中國http://www.stonebuy.com商品分撥中心所處的迪拜，又是在亞非歐三地的中心，很多北非的商人都到迪拜采購商品，因此可以輻射擁有15億消費者的大市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html。

　　在中東采購荒料

　　在對南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/、惠安兩地的采訪中，記者了解到，目前泉州http://www.zongyi.com.cn/的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產量大約占了全國石材http://www.stonebuy.com/總產量的1／3,每年大概有5000多萬平方米，而在全國每年才十幾億的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/出口http://en.stonebuy.com/額中，泉州http://www.zongyi.com.cn/的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/出口http://en.stonebuy.com/量就占了50％以上。

　　泉州http://www.zongyi.com.cn/的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/，現(xiàn)在主要出口http://en.stonebuy.com/到韓國和日本，對這兩個國家的出口http://en.stonebuy.com/量在南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/的出口http://en.stonebuy.com/比例中就占到了一半以上，其他的出口http://en.stonebuy.com/也大多集中在東南亞地區(qū)，中東、歐洲這些地區(qū)對泉州http://www.zongyi.com.cn/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/的消費量是比較少的。以前，南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/出口http://en.stonebuy.com/東南亞的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/主要是墓石，現(xiàn)在建材的出口http://en.stonebuy.com/額也在逐漸增大，因為有一些國家開始封閉本國的礦山，而依賴進口石材http://www.stonebuy.com/。

　　至于中東，并不是泉州http://www.zongyi.com.cn/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的主要出口http://en.stonebuy.com/地。南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/新三星石業(yè)有限公司的陳團結總經理告訴記者，中東地區(qū)擁有自己的大理石資源，因此有不少泉州http://www.zongyi.com.cn/的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/是從中東地區(qū)采購大理石荒料的，但把產品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/賣到中東的企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/很少。

　　南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/另一家石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/力豐公司的陳董事長也告訴記者，和中國http://www.stonebuy.com的建筑比起來，中東地區(qū)的建筑很少，而且建筑內的地板和裝潢習慣采用大理石，因為中東地區(qū)本身的大理石資源豐富，而且當?shù)氐拇罄硎�礦區(qū)都有加工生產企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，因此很少有泉州http://www.zongyi.com.cn/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/會把產品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/賣到中東地區(qū)，但到那邊采購荒料的企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/則不少。

　　營銷出來的產業(yè)鏈

　　和泉州http://www.zongyi.com.cn/的服裝、鞋類企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/一樣，泉州http://www.zongyi.com.cn/的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業(yè)發(fā)展至今，不僅在本地形成了一條成熟的產業(yè)鏈，而且在泉州http://www.zongyi.com.cn/以外的地區(qū)，還有一支做石材http://www.stonebuy.com/生意的營銷大軍。

　　閩南建材第一市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html有限公司的萬奕池總經理告訴記者，南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/業(yè)，除了石井有幾百家石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/和溪美有幾家國有石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/外，大部分的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/在水頭http://www.shicai.com.cn/。水頭http://www.shicai.com.cn/，每年石材http://www.stonebuy.com/的產值達到幾百億。

　　生意做大了，企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/自然會有自己的產供銷一條龍。萬總告訴記者，南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/的大型石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/中，有不少企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/擁有自己的礦山，單是閩南建材第一市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html內的500多家商家里，就有三四十家企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/是自己有礦山的。因為南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/本地的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/資源有限，現(xiàn)在大型企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的原材料都依靠國內或國外的礦區(qū)供應，因此有很多南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/人跑到世界各地去做石材http://www.stonebuy.com/生意了。

　　據了解，這些到外面做石材http://www.stonebuy.com/生意的南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/人，以前是因為南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/的水暖行業(yè)做得好，到外面做水暖器材的營銷，后來就慢慢轉行做石材http://www.stonebuy.com/，目前已經形成一支20多萬人的南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/供銷大軍。單是水頭http://www.shicai.com.cn/一個鎮(zhèn)，在外地做石材http://www.stonebuy.com/生意的也有二三萬人。在內蒙古、山西等石材http://www.stonebuy.com/資源豐富的礦區(qū)，談生意是可以用閩南話交流的，因為當?shù)氐?a >泉州http://www.zongyi.com.cn/人太多。在國外的礦區(qū)，也有上千的水頭http://www.shicai.com.cn/人在做石頭生意。

　　經過幾年的發(fā)展，現(xiàn)在的南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/石業(yè)，已經不像以前要靠中間貿易http://www.stonebuy.com/trade/商供應，而是由南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/人自己從事資源供應、加工、銷售等等，分工已經很明確。除了大企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/會有自己的一條龍產業(yè)鏈，其他的企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/都靠這些供銷鏈。
